I'd prefer that it would be blank and then put in a date (& time?) whenever I input to that row, which might be later on in the day, or maybe a day or two or whatever later. I tried the 3rd option, using "Ctrl+DragDown" and it does keep it from incrementing the dates by one each row, but it is still pre-filling in the blanks with the original date & time.
